Orchard currently supports the 4.0 version of the .NET framework.  Set the ASP.NET Version of your application from your DiscountASP control panel.

For bonus points, install Web Matrix and download your web deploy publishing information to seamlessly deploy your Orchard site to DiscountASP.NET.  Here is another helpful link for Deploying from WebMatrix.
